As a lifetime fan of fantasy literature and stories, I always loved drawing my favorite characters from books and tales. In recent years, I've published several short fantasy romance stories, I have a high fantasy series coming soon, and my characters are the core of my illustrations. Some of these hail from the tropical empire of Serat, where magic is god-given and political maneuvering can be deadly. Others are from the world of Elffall, where elven pirates control seas full of monsters and magic. Many are connected to stories already available in "A Season for Romance: Spring Blossoms" or coming in its second issue, "Summer Simmer," under the name R. L. Fuentes.
