Tiny Miracles

I have been a NICU nurse for 20 years now. My co-workers and I used to make little "gifts" for the parents from their preemies. Creating anything from a Christmas ornament with their footprints or making a special memory for the parents with a picture brought so much joy. The NICU is a small world but such a big one when you are a part of it. I want to be able to create more special memories for anyone in the NICU - a nurse who worked in the NICU for so many years, a neonatalogist, a therapist that helped a preemie with their first step or first bottle, and most of all, a parent who has gone through the challenges and the journey with their preemie. These ideas were created from my NICU experiences and visualized with the help from my talented husband Bernard.
