I have been drawing and designing for many years. Now with new technology and the internet, it is possible for artwork to reach many more people and offer more opportunities than it did "Back in the Day." I see repeat patterns & design in everything around me.    My Inspiration for my designs comes from many places...I enjoy abstract and contemporary art, especially when it tells a story or conveys an emotion. I love being outdoors...in any kind of weather.  I love hiking, working in the garden, and walking or riding taking photographs of the old houses, farms and the land around me.  The history of a place is exciting to me, especially the history of print fabrics, weaving,  period clothing, and commercial textiles . Above all, I have a great need to create.....create.......create​! I hope you will enjoy my designs in creating products for yourself.   ​
