I want to create designs and art which are a little more 'splashy' and random than neatly drawn botanical and photographically correct images. My work has developed more closely as an expression of my feelings for a subject, and almost become abstract in my imaginative pieces. Vibrant colours really stimulate my creative juices and using a variety of painting implements such as sticks, rag-rolling and sponge work allows me greater freedom in my shapes and forms.
