Our logo may look simple at first glance, but it’s filled with deep meaning and joyful intention, a reflection of everything we hope to bring into the world. Especially with a new little one at home! At the heart of our design is the green smile, symbolizing the contagious power of a smile. When we smile, our brain releases feel-good chemicals that uplift our mood and here’s something amazing: whether the smile is genuine or simply intentional, the brain responds the same way! (Of course, everyone’s experience is unique, but the ripple effect of a smile is universal that you do not need to translate.) That smile leads to our butterfly, a timeless symbol of transformation and growth. Formed by two hearts, one green and one blue, it represents the intelligence of the heart. As a HeartMath® Certified Trainer, I’m passionate about helping people tap into that power of the heart. The word “Catch” appears in blue, representing the sky’s limitless potential and the throat chakra, where truth and expression flow freely. The word “Happiness” shines in green, symbolizing growth, grounding, and the heart chakra’s energy of love and compassion. Together, these elements invite you to smile, connect, and start a ripple effect of joy and transformation.
