Writing_Dragon_Art

I love art, I love to paint, and I love bringing nature, textures, and colors together to create interesting and fun art. In the past I've painted with oils, acrylics, and even watercolor, but age and finances made supplies and workspace difficult to attain. So, a couple of years ago I switched to digital art and worked my way up to use Corel Painter as my art program of choice. The program allows me to use almost any media imaginable, and it's a joy to utilize. I turn pet photos to lovely paintings, create imaginative images bursting with color and shapes, and give life to fantasies. My work is variable, often unique, and I hope folks will find pieces that satisfy their decorative needs, whether for clothing, furniture, or accessories. Why "Writing Dragon Art?" I adore dragons, and because I also like to write, I created a logo of a dragon writing on a scroll with a pen dipped in an ink well. For a time, I had a Writing Dragon blog, and I may yet return to blogging little wisdoms about art and the written word.
