Our original handcrafted pieces are made with special selections of oysters and pearls and infused with love. Complementing our 3D and mixed media pieces, Zazzle makes it possible to offer imaginative products with our elegantly coastal and often whimsical style. Images of some of our more popular original pieces are incorporated into products within our Zazzle store. It's been our mission to grow our business while also funding Toucan Storytelling Scholarships since 2019. We are passionate about creating new designs, and we believe in supporting collaborations between local and global artisans. The non-profit, Artisan Global @ artisanglobal.org. began this scholarship fund to honor the memory and passions of one of their own, Drew "Toucan" Gardner. Founder of Toucan Films in Charleston, SC., he was a collaborator with a camera for countless artisans in his community and in Gulu, Uganda. Toucan Storytelling Scholarships have helped elevate artisans in South Carolina and in Uganda. We are growing - and honored to be a part of their journey towards success. What is our fascination with oysters and pearls? Oysters represent our deep-rooted love of coastal regions that began in Florida and South Carolina. Uganda is known as The Pearl of Africa due to its stunning flora and fauna. We are all connected.
