Collier and McKeel is a new generation of Tennessee Whiskey, distilled from history and tradition in beautiful middle Tennessee. Launching in Fall 2010, this distinctive whiskey is distilled, barrel-aged, and bottled in Nashville (make that "Mashville") Tennessee using the unique sugar maple charcoal mellowing process which defines Tennessee whiskey. Owned and managed by sixth generation Tennesseans, we take great pride in producing truly authentic handcrafted Tennessee whiskey. Locally grown corn and sugar maple, pure limestone filtered spring water from the family farm, and small batch barrel aging give our whiskey it's classic mellow flavor. You'll taste the tradition in every glass.
