From tutus to superheroes, P.J. Tuttles Party Décor offers stylish party themes, celebrating the spirit and beauty of brown girls around the world! While shopping each year at major retailers, I was dismayed at the lack of diverse party decorations featuring children of color or the bland details. After receiving a pink slip in a dragging economy, I used my "downtime' and design experience to create P.J. Tuttles Party Décor & Gifts. P and J are the first initials of my daughters name and Tuttles...well, it just sounded fun. Nothing warms my heart more than to hear my sweet clients around the world share how P.J.
