Oceanscape

Once someone said that the only return or reward from painting and doing artwork was the moment of enjoyment spent creating it and explained to me that nothing else could really be expected from it. If that were true, I would be painting what I liked and not anything else - so the next 3-4 years were spent painting ocean scenes from my mind's eye since I didn't live near the beach.
