Jungle Tapes unofficially got started in 1998 with a stereo receiver and a cassette deck. Back in the day, Toronto was host to some great jungle, drum n bass radio shows hosted by DJ's, producers and MC's who invested their heart and soul into the scene. A few years ago we found and dusted off our old boxes of cassette tapes and felt the time was right to share our them with the world. In the summer of 2014 we launched jungletapes.com to archive and share our old school jungle tapes. Buying a t-shirt supports our efforts to continue our search for old tapes for the site.
