Janet started as a production assistant for Diane’s Films, but has always had an incredible understanding of color. In her work, she explores the relationships colors have with each other on canvas. Janet’s favorite color is black, but she loves all colors. Her greatest inspiration in her work is Van Gogh, because of “the way his color moves in his painting. The way it seems to flow together is beautiful.” When not painting, Janet enjoys reading (mostly mystery novels), playing trivia, and attending her church’s small group.
