Green_Chile_Club

The Last Friday Green Chile Club is a group of friends committed to finding the finest and foulest Colorado Green Chile in the Denver Metro Area. The idea for the Last Friday Green Chile club was “hatched” on Friday, September 28, 2012. Two friends having dinner at a Mexican restaurant wondered if a group of people would be interested in tasting great green chile in the Denver metro area on a regular basis. After all, there are probably hundreds of great restaurants – green chile is as ubiquitous in Denver as Broncos fans. Besides green chile, there was delicious beer and margaritas to enjoy. How bad could it be? Since then, we’ve grown to more than 50 friends, visited more than 45 restaurants (and counting), had chile taste-offs and cook-offs, and have not missed a monthly get-together since!
