Hiya! My name is Lyra, and I am one of those "head in the clouds" sorts - fortunately, I have a husband who not only understands but motivates me to chase this part of myself. I live in the Pacific Northwest where it isn't always as warm or as sunny as one might like, but it is HOME! 💚 My work is a bit varied at the moment as I learn and grow (currently returning from a multi-decade hiatus and familiarizing myself with a Surface Pro), but typically I tend to go for more natural-looking tones with a slight focus on realism. I get inspired by a lot of things! I've been collecting art books since I was a wee one, and I'd like to think that all of these wonderful tomes have rubbed off on me in some way or another.
