This store grew out of The Dog You Chose, a satirical book series that explores what really happens after someone confidently picks a dog breed—and then lives with the consequences. What began as a writing project about breed personalities, expectations, and quiet canine judgment naturally evolved into visual art. Each design here is inspired by that series, featuring realistic, breed-specific dog portraits that capture attitude, intelligence, and personality rather than idealized perfection. Some designs include the Signature Goggles sub-series, representing experience, perspective, and the unmistakable look of a dog that’s seen your decisions. This shop is for dog owners who truly know their breed, appreciate humor with restraint, and understand that choosing a dog is never just a choice—it’s a lifestyle.
