I have been raising money for 10 years in auctions to help others with the care and emergencies, transports of Cerebellar Hypoplasia Cats Spreading the word and awareness advocating for cats with Cerebellar Hypoplasia. I have decided to create this store to raise monies for cats with this disorder so all proceeds made from these sales will help others. I do have to deduct as I do have to report income from these sales. Cerebellar Hypoplasia is a disorder found in cats and dogs which causes jerky movements, tremors, and generally uncoordinated motion, just like ataxic cerebral palsy in humans. A cat with CH often falls down and has trouble walking or cannot seem to walk at all. CH in cats is non-progressive, meaning it does not get worse with age. Symptoms appear at birth, though they may not be noticed until the kitten starts walking at a few weeks of age. Like symptoms that come on suddenly or later in life are not CH. Animals with CH are not suffering or in any pain. They live normal lifespans and tend to get more coordinated as they learn to compensate and their muscle strength grows.
