Autumn & Fig is a husband and wife team. Sean, a weekend artist, and Ali, a doctor of clinical psychology, created Autumn & Fig after chronic illness changed their lives. The focus is providing simple and easy-to-use Self Care tools for people seeking more joy, ease, & daily peace.
