I am passionate about making great tasting meals that fit my budget, provide gentle nutrition, and are "doable" depending on the day. Some days are busier than others and some days I have more time than others. I plan ahead, do my future self a lot of favors, and always make sure to give myself a lot of grace. I believe it is important to approach cooking with positivity and a sense of fun, curiosity, adventure, and creativity. The kitchen is the hub of my home and I like to make sure it is cozy, inviting, and tailored to my taste.
