St. John of Kronstadt was a 19th century / early 20th century Russian Orthodox priest known for his charitable work and spiritual guidance. He was a prolific writer, with his spiritual diary, "My Life in Christ," becoming a classic of Orthodox spirituality. A prophetic figure, he also predicted the 1917 Russian Revolution and was known as a miracle-worker who performed numerous healings through his prayers. PLEASE NOTE: Most of the icons are very old.
