Pull À Capuche Avenge Wolves Delist Congress Vote Them Out

On April / 14 / 2011, members of Congress and The Senate through political pandering set a horrible precedent. They forced through legislation attached to the 2011 Budget Bill that made gray wolves in Montana and Idaho exempt from Endangered Species Act protections opening the door for horrific extermination policies under the guise of so called wildlife management. Even worse the legislation blocks judicial review barring it from being challenged in the courts. Just as it was feared it set a precedent and a slippery slope. Now politicians in congress have presently introduced legislation to make gray wolves nationwide exempt from Endangered Species Act protections with a clause blocking judicial challenges in the courts but they have not stopped there, they have also introduced legislation to do the same to Grizzley Bears. I personally still don't get how it is constitutional but regardless of what opinions anyone has on wolves, I just hope people know that passing legislation barring judicial review and any future legislation to undo it also opens the door for this government to do this to anyone and anything in the future regardless of the issue. Today wolves and other wildlife, tomorrow it could be your personal rights and freedoms. If you love wolves, wildlife, and your freedom, this is the perfect item to make a statement.
