Namdapha National Park, located in the remote northeastern state of Arunachal Pradesh, India, is one of the country’s most biodiverse and least-explored protected areas. Spread over nearly 2,000 square kilometers, it encompasses a vast range of altitudes—from tropical lowland rainforests at 200 meters to alpine meadows above 4,500 meters—making it one of the few places in the world where tropical, temperate, and alpine ecosystems coexist.
