This design features a painting by the English marine and landscape painter Henry Moore (1831–1895), who was a member of the Royal Academy of Arts. The title of the artwork refers to the nautical term "cat's-paws", which describes light, patchy gusts of wind that ripple the surface of the sea in small, moving patterns. In the painting, this phenomenon becomes the central subject. Rather than focusing on dramatic storm or action, the artist captures a quieter moment: the subtle transition of weather and atmosphere as faint breezes touch the water near the coastline. Two sailing boats sit on the sea, their small scale emphasizing the vastness of the surrounding environment. There is a craggy and rocky coastal landscape in the background behind the boats. The original artwork was painted by Henry Moore in 1885.
