Ascension

Ascension is the first painting that I did when I brought artwork back into my life. The original is acrylic on canvas. The abstract figure is rising from turbulent waters, into the light. This image is intended to inspire hope for better days. It is a reminder of the spirit's ability to overcome all obstacles.
