What is your return policy?

The Zazzle Promise: If you don't love, it we'll take it back. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. And yes, that's true even though these are one-of-a-kind customized products.

How much do custom coasters cost?

Zazzle custom coasters start at 7,95 €. Buy five and you immediately get 10% off each one – even with different styles or designs! You can save an additional 10% by becoming a Seller and publishing your product to the marketplace for others to purchase.

Does Zazzle have setup fees?

No way! There are no setup fees for custom coasters. Upload and customize your design for free.

When will I receive my order?

Your custom drink coasters will be on their way in 4-5 werkdagen. With Express Mail, you can even receive them in 1-2 days after manufacturing! Check the order status page if you have questions about your order.

What kinds of images does Zazzle support?

We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF files. Coasters are created at a minimum of 200 ppi (pixels per inch). To fill your desired design area, we recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than design area. You can also design your coaster with images much smaller than these recommended sizes and place them anywhere on the coaster.

Coaster design area:

• 10,8cm Round Coaster = 850 pixels (in diameter)

If your image is bigger than this size, it'll turn out even better since it will be printed at an even higher resolution than the minimum.

Does Zazzle offer double-sided printing?

All custom coasters are single-side printing only. In order to protect your tables and other surfaces, your custom coaster comes with a cork pad on the back.

If I design a coaster, do I have to order it?

Of course not. Go ahead and play around with our design tool. You can email your design to a friend, save it for later, or even publish it to our marketplace as a Seller and earn money every time someone buys your design.

How do I make money designing products?

You can make 10% or more in royalties every time someone buys your design from the Zazzle marketplace. Remember to publish your products after you design them so that they can be purchased. Learn more about becoming a Seller.
