THE COFFEE STORY: SPECIALTY PH COFFEE to benefit my 12 rescued Cats. -i buy green coffee beans mostly direct from the farms & work with some to produce unique/original coffees & processes that did not exist. -i invented Wine Robusta (the first of its kind in the Philippines) & worked with/guided the farm to produce it. -faux honey Excelsa & Liberica was invented by the processor (who works with/sells for the farm) after my suggestion. The first of its kind in the world, for any coffee variety & named by me. -Roasting is small batch, Artisan roasts. some gcb i actually blend & then roast together. -Beans are rested & stored in CO2 containers or bags & ONLY ground fresh just before using or making products. -All products are invented by me & tested. With close to 20 years graphic design & merchandising experience i create, buy, source & make EVERYTHING MYSELF. THIS IS AS SPECIALTY COFFEE AS IT GETS at an extremely competitive price.
